We own the houses, we manage the houses, and we answer the phone. That is the whole model.
Lantern Point started in 2018 with two houses. We grew up in Fairfield, we knew the streets around the university, and we knew what the student housing looked like: older beach cottages, most never renovated, few of them furnished. We thought students deserved better, and that the neighborhood did too.
So we bought houses in the beach area, renovated them properly, furnished them all the way down to the WiFi and the laundry, and rented them ourselves. The portfolio has grown street by street since then, along Fairfield Beach Rd, Reef Rd, Rowland Rd, and College Pl, and every house we add gets the same treatment.
We are a family business, and we still live here. Our goal for every group is simple: a safe, well-kept, genuinely good home for senior year, in a neighborhood we care about because it is ours. We plan to keep growing at Fairfield Beach and to keep putting something back into the community as we do.

Three things every tenant, parent, and neighbor can hold us to.
No third-party property manager. Maintenance requests, lease questions, and move-in day all go to the people who own the house.
Every house is renovated before it is rented and furnished down to the WiFi and the laundry. You move in with a duffel bag, not a truck.
Our houses sit on residential streets. We hold tenants to the same standard the families next door hold us to.
