Lantern Point started in 2018 with two houses and a simple observation: most student housing around Fairfield University was an older beach cottage that had never been renovated or furnished. We grew up here and we live here, so we bought houses, renovated them, and rented them ourselves, street by street, so students could have a safe, well-kept home for senior year.
Today we manage our houses ourselves. The people who answer the phone are the people who own the houses.
